Wu Jiafu, whose hometown is Taishan in Guangdong Province, was born in Guangzhou in 1950. During 1989 and 1997, Mr. Wu held thirteen painting shows in Beijing, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Canada, and several international large scale co-exhibitions. He has published ‘The Art of Wu Jiafu’. Now Mr. Wu is a researcher of China Institute of Fine Arts, a member of Guangdong Oil Painting Research Committee, a member of Japan JCA (ICO) international Originator Committee.
