Xu Zhaohai
was born in 1929 and is a native of Kaifeng City, Henan Province. He graduated from the Zhejiang Art Academy and now is a member of the Chinese Artists Association. He has been engaged in the creation of “Jie Painting”, a traditional Chinese landscape painting for a long time. His representative works include “Yueyang Tower” and 80-meter-long painting “Beautiful China”. CCTV has broadcasted his work “Beautiful China”. It is regarded as the innovation of the “Jie Painting” in Chinese art. |
