Liu Jibiao
 
Born in Fushun City of Liaoning Province in 1970. He studied painting under the guidance of some famous Chinese painters since his childhood.
 
Liu¡¯s works display full integration of vigor and gentleness, with assimilation of grandeur and details. His masterful art of painting tiger has impressed a large audience. His works focus on the details of animal¡¯s fur and hair. The strength, density and sense of space of the animal¡¯s fur are vividly characterized. His delineation of the wild nature is bold and always filled with his personal feeling and running spirit.
 
Exhibitions and Awards
1987  First prize at the Shanhua Cup Painting and Calligraphy Competition.
1988-1990 Studied the traditional Chinese Painting at the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
1994-1995  Solo exhibitions in the south part of Taibei.
1996  ¡° Man Man Tian Ya Lu¡± was collected by the Xinhua News Agency of China
1996---Four of his paintings were exhibited at the First Spring Art Exhibition of Taibei International Art Gallery
1998-1999  ¡°Mu Zi Qing¡± exhibited at the grand painting exhibition of Three Hundred Chinese Artists organized by the Chinese Artists Association. His painting ¡°Xian Qing¡± won the silver medal at the Third Golden Goose Art Exhibition organized by the New York Art Center
¡°Qing Shan Hao Ping Feng¡± exhibited at the One Hundred Chinese Artists¡¯ Painting Exhibition.
