Was born in Chenzhou city of Hunan province in 1972. At the age of 13, she started to learn painting in Chenzhou Normal University. She also majored in the History Department of Hunan Institute of Science and Technology and then the Chinese Painting Department of China College of Calligraphy and Painting. Lei Ling has been engaged in the work of creation and art education.
