以色列总理兼外长“西蒙•佩雷斯先生著《首创世纪》中文版首发式”活动于2002年3月24日在北京云峰画苑举行，西蒙•佩雷斯先生、以色列大使馆重要官员及《首创世纪》一书的翻译高秋福、戴惠坤夫妇、新华出版社的社长及编辑亲自出席了此次活动，并作了重要讲话，各大媒体对此次活动也争相作了报道。活动结束后，西蒙•佩雷斯先生及来宾兴致勃勃地参观了云峰画苑的国画、油画两个展厅，饶有兴趣地欣赏了云峰画苑创始人郭浩满先生出版的巨幅画集，对云峰画苑在推广中国画方面所作的工作给予了极大的肯定。

Launching Ceremony ----- the Chinese Edition “ New Genesis” by Iseal Embassy Premier Mr.Shimon Peres was held on March, 24^th 2002 in the Wan Fung Art Gallery. Mr.Shimon Peres, Isreal Embassy high officials, proprieter of Xinhua News Agency and the famous translator Gao Qiufu couples took presence at event. Many media reported the activities. After the ceremory, Mr.Shimon Peres and guests enjoyed the paintings of gallery and looked at the book with strong interests “ 20^th Century Masterworks of Chinese painting” which is published by the gallery own. Mr.   Perrs spoken highly of the Chinese painting and culture promotion works done by Mr. Kwok Ho Mun who is the founder of Wan Fung Art Gallery.
