蒋德斌是中国当代著名实力派油画家。1963年生于重庆梁平，1987年毕业于西南师大美术学院，后任教于重庆三峡学院美术系；至1992年，他迁居珠海，成立德斌绘画艺术创作室。现为广东省美术家协会会员、珠海市油画艺委会副主任。
蒋德斌擅长人物、花卉及风景等多类题材，近年则多以荷花为主题，作深入的探索。他以花瓣、花苞、花蕊、花叶、莲蓬等局部的特写构成独特的画面，用色翠绿、厚重、光影交错、高雅洁灵，既富有中国传统水墨画的空灵和清丽典雅的意趣，亦带有一种超现实主义的魔幻色彩和强大的生命力，形成鲜明的个人风格，并受到中外艺术界及收藏界的关注。
作品广被国内外收藏家，包括中国驻港外交部、澳门行政长官何厚铧等著名机构及人士收藏。
Jiang Debin is an emerging oil painting artist in today’s China. He was born in Chongqing in 1963 and graduated in Southwest Normal University in 1987. Having taught in Chongqing Sanxia College from 1987 to 1992, he moved to Zhuhai and founded his painting studio there. He is now a member of the Guangdong Artists Association and the executive member of Zhuhai Oil Painting Society.
Jiang specializes in portrait, flower and scenery. In recent years he has focused on the study of lotus and created his famous lotus series. Taking close up shots of the flower petals, flower buds, stamen and shower nozzles, the compositions are uniquely appealing. Together with the kind of tactile emerald green, and the emphasis on the effect of light and shadow, the pictures express a magical bound of the Surrealist, and at the same time, reflecting an unworldly spirituality and formidable vitality as in traditional Chinese paintings.
His works are highly regarded by local and overseas collectors including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Mr Edmund Ho Hau Wah, the Chief Executive of Macao SAR Government.
