Professional painter, member of Chinese Claborate-style Painting Institute, member of Liaoning Branch of China Artists Association, the vice-president of Jinzhou Artists Association and living in Beijing Now. Born in Jinzhou of Liaoning province in 1955, Wang showed his talent in painting when he was a child. In 1977 Wang majored in the fine art of Jinzhou First Normal University, studying the landscape painting. His artistic culture and artistic standards were greatly improved by studying in the Chinese Painting Department of China Central Academy of Fine Arts. He is dedicating in creating and researching the Chinese landscape paintings all the time. Wang’s landscape artwork Ode to the Mountains (cooperated) won the Prize of Excellence in the 6^th National Claborate-style Paintings Exhibition in 2006. The painting the Voiceless Sound of the Mountains (cooperated) won the Prize of Excellence in the National Small-sized Claborate-style Paintings Exhibition. Many of Wang’s artworks are published in the Art, Art Panorama, China Art Newspaper, Guangming Daily and etc. Many painting albums have been published such as the Album of Claborate-style Landscape Paintings by Wang Yuguo, The Techniques of Landscape Paintings II, the Album of Landscape Paintings by Wang Yuguo and etc.
