Biography of KO NAM

Male, born in 1963 in Sihuan province, China. He lost his hearing when he
was three years old. He has studied with celebrated painters such as Cen Xue
Gong, Luo Ci Bing and Mou Kang Hua.

Despite of his disability, his passion
for painting, talents and ceaseless endeavor has enabled him to pursue his life
goal in the silent world. With his hard work, he has made breakthroughs in
painting one after another. Ko loves to travel all around China and the
World. The beautiful yet mysterious scenery of the gorgeous mountain ranges,
rivers and falls, countryside, snow hills and deep forest have all so fondly
touched his heart. From there, his strokes are free and easy, combining the
Chinese and western style, while retaining the fresh green outlook of
traditional Chinese landscape paintings, he adds on the bright colors and
elements from folk drawings. With his personal sentiments towards the Mother
Nature, he creates his unique world with moving sounds in his silent world. His
paintings are heart-warming sounds of the silence, in which one can feel his
optimism, passion and dedication to life.

He held and participated in many sole and
joint exhibitions and won many prizes in various competitions. Many of his
paintings are collected by collectors from the US,
